The Civil Bar Association has geared up in support of the former District Panchayat member who was implicated in a fake way in the name of Gaukashi. The association called a meeting and said clearly that the matter should be investigated at the fair and upper level, otherwise they will move on the streets and agitate. This case is so complicated that the anger of the lawyers is clearly visible.

Demand echoed in the meeting, warning also

On Friday, the Civil Bar Association meeting was held under the leadership of Bar Chairman Advocate Mohammad Taki Siddiqui. In the meeting, everyone said in the same tone that lawyer Jarif Malik has been targeted due to political rivalry. He warned that if he was implicated due to any pressure or enmity, the lawyer brothers would not sit silent and launch the movement. Hearing these things, it seems that the matter can now reach the road from the court!

What happened that night? Complete disclosure of the incident

In fact, on 25 July, the Kotwali police reached the spot and arrested three accused. These people were preparing to kill the cow lineage animal and sell their meat. Police also seized a small elephant vehicle. But in this case, former District Panchayat member, National Vice President of Pasmanda Muslim Samaj, Telephone Advisory member of Bharat Sanchar Nigam and advocate Jarif Malik were also accused. It is surprising to hear this, isn’t it? But the evidence shows that this is fake!

Evidence of fake trapping that exposing lies

A day earlier, the Civil Bar Association submitted a memorandum to the police officer. It was clearly written that Jarif Malik’s name has been completely added and he has no role in it. The witnesses present on the spot gave an affidavit and said that Jarif Malik was not seen anywhere at the scene. On the contrary, he was in his school at the time of the incident! The school also has CCTV footage, which proves the presence ranging from 7.28 am to 9:52 am. In the FIR of the police, the incident is reported at 9:30 in the morning – that is, how can the same person happen in two places? This question is pricking in the hearts of lawyers.

Demand for fair inquiry, otherwise the agitation announced

In the meeting, the lawyers said that the innocent is being implicated due to political enmity, so a fair investigation is necessary. He demanded that witnesses’ affidavits and CCTV footage be included in the investigation. Also, innocent should not be sent to jail under any organization or political pressure. The lawyers also warned – if there is no fair investigation, be ready for the movement! Many lawyers including Umesh Kumar Rana, Naveen Yadav, Ramavatar Sharma, Saeed Ahmed Faroohi, Mayuddin Ali, Khurshid Ahmed, Pramod Kumar Sharma, Afsana Parveen, Kavita Rajput, Rajiv Kumar Sharma were present in the meeting. They are all ready to fight for justice together!
