Material
Corn 1 cup coarse
Desi Ghee 1 teaspoon
Buttermilk 3 cups
Salt taste
Method
Heat ghee in a pan. Then add porridge to it and fry it well. Now add buttermilk to the oatmeal and heat it. When it starts to boil, add salt as per taste and reduce the flame. Allow it to cook well and then turn off the gas.
Your hot hot porridge is ready. You can also eat it after cooling.
