Material (Banana Malpua Recipe)
- Ripe bananas – 2 (medium sized, fully ripe)
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Semolina – 2 tablespoons (for crispine)
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- Fennel – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Ghee or coconut oil – to bake
- Water – a little

Method (Banana Malpua Recipe)
1- First peel the ripe banana and mash it well in a bowl.

2- Heat a little milk in a pan and add jaggery and dissolve it. Let it cool down.
3- Now add mashed banana, wheat flour, semolina, cardamom powder, fennel and jaggery milk in a bowl.
4- Make a medium thick solution by mixing everyone well. If needed, add some water or milk. Keep the batter covered for 10-15 minutes so that the swollen swells.
5- Heat a non-stick griddle or pan and add a little ghee. Now take the batter from a karachi and spread it in round shape on the pan (eg small pancake).
6- Bake on low flame till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides. You can eat it like this or add some honey or dry fruits from above.
