There was a major uproar in Kachanal Gusain village of Kashipur tehsil on Friday morning. The administration made a bulldozer illegally built on the temple land. The action was taken with a heavy police force led by SDM Abhay Pratap Singh. This incident has created an atmosphere of discussion in the entire area.

The answer was not received even after notice

The administration had already shown strictness in this matter. On August 27, a notice was issued to the tomb operator on the basis of complaint, in which he was asked to present documents to land and construction. But even after the time had passed, no response was received. The administration visited the spot several times and took stock of the situation, but there was no response from the tomb operator. After this, the administration took tough steps and decided to demolish the tomb.

Claim of illegal construction on temple land

Local people say that the place where the tomb was formed used to be the temple of the village deity earlier. Later, the tomb was illegally constructed at that place. There was a lot of resentment among the local people about this issue. Mayor Deepak Bali also took the matter seriously and approached the district administration and put public sentiments in front of him. After his complaint, the administration immediately initiated action.
