Prepare like this
- First of all, wash and dry the Arabic leaves thoroughly.
- After this, keep the big leaves down and put small leaves on top of them.
- During this time, the batter prepared, whether it is of lentils or a light layer of gram flour, apply it on every leaf.
- Repeat this process about 4 to 5 times, so that the dumplings can have good thickness and layering.
Mix spices
Add ginger-garlic paste, fine ground onion, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt to the lentils. This will bring out the taste of the solution. The same spices are added to gram flour solution. The only difference is that gram flour gets ready to fry quickly, while the lentil batter has to be soaked first.
Prepare like this
- First make rolls by wrapping the layer of the prepared leaves in round shape.
- Then cut it from the middle and divide it into two parts.
- Cook these parts in steam.
- Covering for about 20 to 25 minutes, the leaves melt well and the batter cooks inside.
- After this, cool them and cut them into round pieces.
- Wrap these pieces in celery and gram flour and fry them in hot oil.
- When it becomes golden crisp, take it out of the oil.
