More use of contact lenses: Wearing a prolonged lens can cause dryness in the eye surface.

Use of makeup or chemicals near the eyes: Poor quality makeup products or skin products near the eye can affect moisture.

  1. Reduce screen time and see 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes (20-20-20 Rule)
  2. Eyes blink again and again
  3. Take Artificial Tears for the eyes with the advice of the doctor
  4. Use humidifier if you live in air conditioner
  5. Take a balanced diet-omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins A, C and E are good for eyes
  6. Wear sunglasses in the sun
  7. Avoid smoking and alcohol
