In January, Collins and her husband, American film director Charlie McDowell, announced the arrival of their first baby, born via surrogate.

News.com.au reported that Collins’ appearance also went viral on X (formerly Twitter) following a Sept. 13 post featuring her at the event. As of Monday, the post had amassed 38.5 million views. Comments under the post echoed similar divisions, with one user writing: “I don’t know who Lily Collins is, but why her abs look like that?”

“I cannot believe we’ve gotten so fat as a country that so many people see a fit, healthy woman like this & comment that she’s anorexic,” another user remarked.

Collins began her acting career at age two. She gained recognition for her supporting role in the 2009 sports drama “The Blind Side.” She went on to star in various films, including “Priest,” “Abduction,” and “Mirror Mirror.”

In 2016, Collins was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her role in “Rules Don’t Apply.”

Since 2020, she has portrayed Emily Cooper, a marketing executive, in the Netflix series “Emily in Paris.” Collins received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy for the role, and the show was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series (as producer).
