
Pavna Industries surged 20 per cent to hit upper circuit at Rs 40.85 on September 16 2025. The stock started the trading session in the green at Rs 34.15 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) against the previous close of Rs 34.05. It jumped further to hit an upper circuit of 40.85. This is a gain of nearly 20 per cent from the last close. Last seen the counter was trading at Rs 40.65 with an upside of 19.38 per cent. The market cap of the company stood at Rs 569.98 crore. On the BSE the stock started the trading session at Rs 33.95 against the previous close of Rs 34.34. It later touched a high of 41.20. In between the stock hit an intraday low of Rs 33.74. Forms JV to boost EV tech in India Uttar Pradesh-based Pavna Industries on Friday announced a promising move entering into a joint venture with Taiwan-based SmartChip Microelectronic Corporation (SMC). This strategic partnership is set to significantly boost EV technology in India and pave the way for Pavna Industries to expand into new high-growth markets instilling a sense of optimism among investors and enthusiasts. Pavna Industries will hold 80 per cent equity in the JV while SMC will have a 20 per cent stake. The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 201.69 points to 81987.43 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty went up by 52.8 points to 25122.
