Peppy Paneer Pasta Recipe

Material (Peppy Paneer Pasta Recipe)

  • Wheat Pasta – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Paneer – ½ cup (grated or chopped into small cubes)
  • Tomato – 2 (big, for puree)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Garlic-3-4 buds (chopped)
  • Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
  • Carrots – 4 cups (finely chopped)
  • Olive oil or ghee-1-2 tablespoons
  • Black Pepper – 4 teaspoons
  • Turmeric – 1 pinch
  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin – ½ tsp
  • Oregon / Mix Herbs – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp

Method (Peppy Paneer Pasta Recipe)

1. Put some oil in a pan and fry cumin and garlic. Then add onion and fry it till it becomes golden. Now add tomato puree and add spices (turmeric, red chilli, salt, pepper) and cook well until the oil is separated.

2. Now add capsicum and carrot to it and fry lightly (not too much, so that the crunch remains). Then add grated cheese and mix well.
If you want, add a little tomato sauce to enhance the taste.

3. Now add boiled pasta to it. Sprinkle oregano / mix herbs on top and mix with light hand. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes so that all the flavors mix well in the pasta.
