An important update for candidates aspiring to become government teachers. Recruitment is underway for 6,500 vacant Senior Teacher positions in Rajasthan, with the last date for application being today, September 17, 2025. Candidates who have not yet completed their application forms can do so without delay by visiting the RPSC's official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, or through the SSO portal, sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

Who Can Participate in the Recruitment?
To apply for Senior Teacher positions, candidates must have completed graduation and a B.Ed. in the relevant subject. The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit must not exceed 40 years. However, candidates from reserved categories will be eligible as per the rules. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. Candidates should consult the official notification for post-qualification requirements.

How to Fill Out the Form
To participate in this recruitment, candidates can fill out the form themselves. To apply, you must complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) by visiting the Commission's website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, clicking on the Apply Online link, or by logging into the SSO portal, sso.rajasthan.gov.in, selecting the Recruitment Portal available in the Citizen App (G2C). After completing the OTR, candidates can log in to the portal and complete the application process.

General and OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of ₹600, while SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and differently-abled candidates will have to pay an application fee of ₹400.

Number of Posts by Subject
Through this recruitment process, RPSC is recruiting a total of 6,500 Senior Teacher positions. Subject-wise, 1052 posts are reserved for Hindi, 1305 posts for English, 940 posts for Sanskrit, 1385 posts for Mathematics, 1355 posts for Science, 401 posts for Social Science, 48 posts for Urdu, 11 posts for Punjabi, 2 posts for Sindhi, and 1 post for Gujarati.
