Japanese kickboxer Kota Miura, 23, and 37-year-old actress Meisa Kuroki have confirmed they have been in a relationship since August.

According to ZnewsJapanese outlet Shukan Bunshun broke the news, reporting that the couple was seen together in Harajuku, Tokyo, on Aug. 11 and at the Azabu Juban Summer Festival, held on Aug. 23 and 24.
In an interview with the outlet, both Kuroki and Miura acknowledged the relationship, saying: “We get along very well.”

Miura is the son of Kazuyoshi Miura, a former Japanese national football team player who played from 1990 to 2000.
Meisa Kuroki, born Satsuki Shimabukuro, debuted as an actress in 2004. She is currently the Japanese ambassador for Epson and Giorgio Armani.
Kuroki also ventured into music in 2008 with the release of her single “Like This” and is best known for her song “Wired Life,” which served as the ending theme for the anime series “Blue Exorcist.”
She was married to J-pop singer Jin Akanishi, a former member of the boy band KAT-TUN, from 2012 until their divorce in 2023.
