Some people like to fasting, and many people like to take fruit during the fast.

Know what to eat

During the fast you should pay attention to the food items that give you energy.

1- You should eat fruits during fast. It can eat fresh fruits like banana, apple, pomegranate, papaya, grapes, watermelons, oranges, and guava. They are beneficial for health.
2-Consumption of vegetables is also beneficial in Krita. Some special vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potato, Arabic, pumpkin, gourd, cucumber, and raw banana can be eaten.
3- Falari flour also comes for the fast, which you can make rotis. Kuttu flour, water chestnut flour, and Sama rice are used. Puris, roti or khichdi can be made from this.
Dairy products should be consumed to keep 4-Energy you remain. Milk, curd, cheese, and ghee can be consumed.
5- Normal salt is not consumed in fasting but rock salt goes on for fasting. Black pepper powder, cumin powder, green cardamom and ginger can be used in mosques.
6-In order to get the body energy during the virtue, sago, makhana, peanuts, almonds, cashews, and raisins include the fast.

What to eat by eating

It is necessary to avoid eating many things during the fast.

1- Garlic and onion should be avoided during the fast, they are tamasic which are considered taboo.
2- You should not consume grains and pulses during the fast. In this, consumption of wheat, rice, gram flour, semolina, maida, and any kind of pulses comes under the category of avoiding.
3-Consumption of meat, fish, eggs, and alcohol is completely prohibited to maintain the sanctity of the country.
4- If you are thinking of making healthy things for the fast, avoid eating fried and spicy. Mostly and spicy foods should be avoided, because the mind is disturbed.
5-Chips, packet juices, and other processed foods found in the market should not be consumed, it is not right for fast.

Avoid doing these things

During the nine -day fast, one should avoid breaking after taking resolution. Avoid sleeping during the day during the day. Avoid cutting beads, hair and nails. Apart from this, do not insult anyone during nine days and do not bring bad thoughts in your mind.
