To qualify applicants must have a minimum of two years of previous work experience. What Is ‘Restart With Infosys’ Hiring Programme? Infosyss aim is to boost gender diversity and intends to reach 45% female workforce participation by 2030 up from its current 39% among more than 323000 employees. The company provides program participants with tailored mentorship reskilling opportunities flexible work options (including remote work) and access to live projects—all aimed at rebuilding their confidence and bridging any skill gaps from their career break. Referral Bonus To Infosys Employees The IT giant is also asking for referrals from existing employees and offers them rewards ranging from Rs 10000 to Rs 50000 depending on the job level for which the referral is successful. The breakdown includes Rs 10000 for JL3 Rs 25000 for JL4 Rs 35000 for JL5 and Rs 50000 for JL6 roles. The initiative is also part of a larger industry trend with other major tech companies running similar programs for women returning from career breaks.
