Where to Download?
Android users can install the app from the Google Play Store. iPhone users can download the RailOne app from the Apple App Store. Once installed, you'll need to grant the app some necessary permissions, such as location and notification permissions.
How to Register in the App
If you have an IRCTC account, you can log in directly to the app with your username and password. New users can also log in using their phone number and OTP verification.
How to Book Tickets with the RailOne App?
Reserve Ticket Booking
After logging in to the app, tap Book Tickets on the home screen. After this, select the Reserved option.
You must now select the source and destination stations, travel date, and class.
You will then see information about the train, available seats, and fare. Select the train you wish to travel on.
After selecting the train, share your details and make payment using UPI, card, or net banking.
Once the payment is complete, your ticket will be booked. You can view it in the My Bookings section.
Unreserved Ticket Booking
Users can also purchase tickets for local or general coach travel through the RailOne app. To do this, select the Unreserved Ticket option on the home screen. Here, you must make the payment along with your travel details. You will receive a QR ticket, which will be stored in the app.
Platform Ticket Booking
You can also book digital platform tickets through the RailOne app. Select the station, enter the ticket number, and make the payment. You will receive a QR ticket, which will be stored in the app.
Where are booked tickets stored?
You can check your tickets booked through the RailOne app in the "My Bookings" section. You can view your current travel tickets as well as past tickets. Furthermore, if you need to cancel your tickets, you can do so from here.
