Bihar STET 2025 Last Date: There's a new update for candidates interested in applying for the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET). The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced new application dates for the STET. According to the new schedule, online applications for the STET can be filled starting September 19th on the board's official website, secondary.biharboardonline.com or bsebstet.org. The deadline is September 29th, 2025.

The BSEB announced these STET application dates through a new notice. It states, "In accordance with Notification No. PR 218/2025, candidates appearing for the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2025 and all concerned are informed that the online application deadline for the STET exam is September 19th, 2025, to September 27th, 2025."

Previously, STET applications were scheduled to be accepted from September 11 to September 19, 2025, but were postponed due to technical reasons. Candidates can now apply online for STET during these 10 days. The exam will be held from October 4 to October 25, with results announced in November. After the STET exam is completed, applications for BPSC TRE 4.0 recruitment will begin.

Eligibility for Bihar STET?
The Bihar STET exam is conducted in two papers: Paper 1 for secondary and Paper 2 for higher secondary level teachers. To apply for Paper 1, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a B.Ed. Those with a B.Ed. and postgraduate degrees can also apply. Exemptions from B.Ed. are also available in some subjects. For Paper 2, a minimum of 50% marks in master's and a B.Ed./B.A./B.Ed. How to Apply?
To apply for the STET, candidates must first visit the official website, secondary.biharboardonline.com.
The application process will be completed through these steps: registration, form filling, and the application fee.
In the first step, go to "New Registration" on the website and create a user ID and password using your basic details.
In the next step, fill in the remaining information in the fields provided.
Upload a color photograph and a white background.
Pay the examination fee. To do this, go to the "Select Online Payment" link.
Upload documents such as your 10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation, or B.Ed. Degree.
After previewing the form, save all the details.
Finally, take a printout of the form.
