He told that the girl (deceased) stayed in Livin at Premchand’s house for three months. At the same time, she returned to her village on 6 September after being fed up with the lover’s assault and harassment.

Here, angry with this, Premchand reached the girl’s house by bike on Saturday and was adamant on taking the girl to his house. In this sequence, the girl got caught in the accused and the accused took out a knife and brutally murdered her by adopting a knife in her chest. After executing the incident, the accused youth escaped. Here, the mother started making noise after the daughter was killed in front of her eyes. Hearing the voice, some villagers reached the spot and took the girl to Torpa Referral Hospital in the injured state. Where doctors investigated and declared the girl dead. The police have sent the body for postmortem and started searching for the accused.
