
Bhubaneswar: Train services were affected in Odisha’s on Saturday after members of Adivasi Kudmi Samaj staged protests at several places under South Eastern Railway.
The agitation has led to the diversion of three trains originating from Odisha, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) said in a statement.
The following trains scheduled on September 20 were diverted to ensure passenger safety and smooth operations:
18309 Sambalpur – Jammu Tawi Express: Diverted via Ib, Bilaspur, Katni, Manikpur, and Prayagraj.
15027 Sambalpur – Gorakhpur Express: Diverted via Ib, Bilaspur, Katni, Manikpur, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya.
20817 Bhubaneswar – New Delhi Express: Diverted via Ib, Bilaspur, Katni, Manikpur, and Prayagraj.
Passengers are urged to monitor updates through official railway channels to avoid inconvenience.
