Ways to check the purity of kuttu flour
See color and texture
The real kuttu dough is light brown or gray color, and its texture is a little coarse.

Fake flour is usually uniform fine and the color can be dark or white, as rice or maida can be added to cheap flour.
Try dissolve in water
Dissolve a little bit of kuttu flour in water. When the mixed flour dissolves, the water will sit down in a while and the water will remain clean.
