Calorie deficiency diet: According to Pearl, 90 percent of weight loss comes from calorie deficiency. When you follow a calorie deficiency diet, your body uses stored fat for energy. He told that he took care of his food and kept a shortage of 500-700 calories daily.
Ancient fasting: Pearl reported that he had a meal in a period of 6-7 hours, which was from 12 noon to 6 or 7 pm. This helped reduce insulin and reach the body fat reserves. Studies have shown that short -term fasting can improve metabolism rate.
Walk 10-12 thousand steps every day: According to Pearl, walking 10,000–12,000 daily is burn 400–500 calories. It is a stable activity, from which the body mainly uses fat. He advised to put a walking habit and complete his steps daily.
