Material (Navratri Special, Sabudana Chaat Recipe)

  • Sago (wet) – 1 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes – 1 medium sized (chopped)
  • Peanut grains – 2 tablespoons (roasted and coarse)
  • Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (if valid in fast)
  • Black salt or rock salt – as per taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Green Coriander – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Pomegranate grains – 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber – 1 small (chopped)

Method (Navratri Special, Sabudana Chaat Recipe)

  1. First of all, soak sago in 4-5 hours or overnight in water. Sieve and dry it well so that it does not stick. Add sago, boiled potatoes, green chillies, roasted peanuts, tomatoes and cucumber.
  2. Now add rock salt, lemon juice and green coriander. Mix everything with light hands. Garnish by adding pomegranate grains on top.
