There's brilliant news for The Chase fans as quiz maven Jenny Ryan has made an exciting announcement.
The ITV favourite, who recently spoke out regarding 'fix' claims, turned to Instagram this week to inform her supporters that she's joining a fresh programme.
On social media, the 43-year-old posted a brief clip showing her emergence from a set of sliding yellow doors.
She wrote alongside the clip: "Here we go! I'm locked away in a big yellow Box - and I'm ready to face whatever challenge is there when those doors slide open.
"Yikes!!! 10 celebrities. The complete unknown. Welcome to The Box. Coming soon to @itv "
It didn't take long for followers to respond to the announcement, with numerous people expressing their enthusiasm about The Chase favourite participating in the programme, reports Bristol Live.
One viewer commented: "Oh, I will most definitely be watching this! Good luck, Jenny."
Another posted: "Can't wait!!!" Meanwhile another admirer wrote: "No one puts Jenny in a box - Apart from ITV" Whilst someone else added: "Good luck Jenny!"
The Box, which is scheduled to broadcast next year, will feature a group of famous faces confined in yellow containers before being moved to an undisclosed destination.
Once there, they'll encounter various trials, encompassing physical, mental, logical and amusing elements.

Nevertheless, they must ensure they tackle the trials effectively as the two poorest-performing personalities will then compete in The Duel.
Following each instalment, the unsuccessful contestant will be removed from the programme. The Box will be presented by former Match of the Day legend Gary Lineker, who expressed tremendous enthusiasm when discussing his fresh presenting role.
He declared: "I can't wait to host The Box. I've always felt right at home in the Box on a football pitch and whilst this is a different proposition, the fundamentals are similar.
"The contestants will have to quickly and masterfully work out how each game works, whilst also trying to get ahead of the competition to take control.

"It's going to be unpredictable and thrilling to watch, and I'm excited that I get to have a front row seat to all the action."
This week, the celebrity line-up was revealed with stars including Joey Essex, Sara Davies, Graeme Souness and Ellie Taylor set to battle it out alongside Jenny.
The programme will also feature John Bercow, Shakira Khan, JB Gill, Ranvir Singh and Danny Aarons.
Whilst ITV hasn't revealed a specific launch date for The Box, the broadcaster has confirmed it will air next year.
