Lucknow : Taking towards the residential areas from the forest, the process of wild animals coming is not new. The forest department has intensified the efforts to monitor and capture the leopard by setting up a control room with installing trap cameras. At the same time, army personnel are also combing to catch the leopard.

The tiger knocked three months ago in the forest of Rahman Kheda. When the tiger was caught after a lot of struggle, people breathed peace. This time the leopard knock in the Cantt area has made the residents sleep. There is a possibility of leopard in the Cantt area for the last two days. Leopard’s pugchings have also been found. The forest department team is continuously combing.

According to forest department officials, there is a possibility of hiding leopard near the Sugarcane Research Center at Cantt. Going on the road in front of Ikshupuri Colony, a passer -by captured the leopard in his mobile phone. Leopard pugs have also been found which are six to seven inches. Despite combing in this area on Monday night, no leopard location has been found. The team is active since Tuesday morning. With the help of the army, the duty of the team is being imposed in three shifts. Also, technology is being resorted to. Trap cameras have been installed.

DFO Shitanshu Pandey says that five trap cameras have been installed in the area around the sugarcane research center. Eight eight hours of duty of employees has been imposed in three shifts.
