, 1 cup of Sama rice (wet)
, 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
, 1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)

, 1/2 inch ginger (grated)
, 1 tomato (finely chopped)
, 1 boiled potato (chopped)
, 1 teaspoon cumin
, 1 teaspoon desi ghee or oil

, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
, Rock salt as per taste
, Finely chopped coriander leaves
Recipe
, First wash the rice of Sama and soak it for 10-15 minutes, so that they take less time to cook.
, Now heat the ghee in a pan, then add cumin seeds and let it roast it.

, After this, add green chillies and ginger and fry for a few seconds. If you want to add tomatoes, then add them and cook until they become soft.
, Now add boiled potatoes and rock salt and fry for 2-3 minutes.
, Remove the soaked Sama rice from the water and pour it in the cooker and mix it well.
, Now add 2 cups of water and mix well.
, Close the cooker and cook for three whistles.
