CBSE Board Exam 2026 Date: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the tentative dates for the 2026 board exams. The 10th and 12th board exams will be held from February 17 to July 15, 2026. Starting in 2026, the CBSE will conduct the 12th board exams twice. This year, approximately 4.5 million students will appear for the exams. The exams will be conducted not only in India but also in 26 countries.

CBSE will conduct these exams:
Main Exams – Class 10 and 12
Sports Student Exams – Class 12

Second Board Exam – Class 10
Supplementary Exam – Class 12

CBSE has released a tentative date sheet for the main, secondary, and supplementary examinations. This will allow students to better plan their studies, while schools will be able to organize their academic and administrative work smoothly. Teachers will also be able to formulate their individual plans. The board stated that the answer sheet evaluation will begin approximately 10 days after the exam for each subject and will be completed in an average of 12 days.

The final date sheet will be released after schools submit the final list of candidates. For now, the tentative schedule will help students and schools with time management and preparation strategies.
