Today, we're going to share a recipe for one such offbeat dish: bread potato balls, which will feel like a breath of fresh air and will also change your taste buds. This dish, made with bread and potatoes, is quick to prepare. You don't need many ingredients. Children and adults alike will enjoy it. You can also try it as an evening snack. Enjoy it with green chutney or chili tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Potatoes - 3-4
Slices of bread - 5
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Method

First, boil the potatoes and peel them. Put two slices of bread in the mixer.
- Grind them to form breadcrumbs. Mash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Dip the remaining bread slices in water and squeeze out all the water.


- Now add these bread slices to the mashed potatoes. Mix well so that the bread is mashed into the potatoes.
- Now add red chili powder, salt to taste, garam masala, and chaat masala.
- You can also add any leftover pizza seasoning herbs from home. Mix this mixture thoroughly.
- Slowly add the prepared breadcrumbs to it. When it becomes soft dough, apply some oil to your hands.
- Make small balls from this mixture of bread and potatoes. You can give them a round shape, or you can make them oblong.
