In October 2021 an NCB team led by Sameer Wankhede raided a cruise ship near Mumbai. In this case Aryan Khan was accused of drug dealing and having links with an international network. Aryan spent 25 days in jail but was later granted bail due to lack of evidence. After this Wankhede was also accused of accepting a bribe. The case was very famous at the time and now the discussion has started again after Aryan referenced it in his web series.
