, Chinese: 125 grams (or as per taste)
, Cardamom Powder: Half Spoon

, Pistachio and Almonds: Finely chopped (for decoration)
, Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Recipe
, Put mawa and ghee in a non-stick pan and fry on low flame. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the pan.
, When the mawa becomes a little golden and starts getting good fragrance, then turn off the heat.

, Now add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Mix it well so that the sugar dissolves completely.
, Now take out this mixture in a plate or tray that has a little ghee beforehand.

, Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.
, When it sets lightly, cut it with a knife into a barfi shape.
