The prices of LPG cylinders have increased from today. Apart from this, many rules have been changed including the rules of reservation ticket booking of railway, UPI payment rules.
LPG cylinder prices increased
Today, the prices of LPG cylinders have increased from October 1. Oil marketing companies have increased the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by about Rs 15. In such a situation, now the 19 KG commercial cylinder in Delhi will now be available for Rs 1595 instead of the first Rs 1580. At the same time, in Kolkata, this cylinder has increased from Rs 1684 to Rs 1700. These prices will remain different in different cities.
It is a matter of relief that there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinder in the festive season.
Change in railway ticket booking rules
From today, there has been a change in railway ticket booking rules. Railways has taken a big decision to stop rigging in ticket booking. Under the new rule, now only Aadhaar verified people will be able to book tickets online from the IRCTC app or website in the first 15 minutes of opening the reservation winds. This rule was previously applied only to immediate booking, but will now apply to all reservation.
Changes in UPI Payment Rules
From today onwards, there has been a big change in the rules of UPI payment. Peer-to-Pier (P2P) transaction feature has been removed. It is quite popular among users. To prevent financial fraud and strengthen security, this feature has been removed from UPI platforms like PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm. In this regard, NPCI issued a circular on July 29.
Change in pension rules
From today, the rules to pension have also changed. The rules to NPS, UPS, Atal Pension Yojana and NPS lights have changed. The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority has changed the fees of CRA. Under the new rule, government employees will have to pay a fee of Rs 18 for the E-PRAN kit for opening a new Pran. The fee structure has also been simplified for NPS light subscribers.
