This sweet dish tastes like a cake and is spongy and delicious. It's also a great snack. People there love this traditional sweet. Today, we're going to share an easy recipe for making it, which you won't have any trouble following.

Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup jaggery
3/4 cup coconut powder
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon sweet oil
2-3 teaspoons ghee
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Method
- First, put the banana and jaggery in a mixer and make a paste.
- After this, add this paste and one spoon of oil to the rice and wheat flour in a pan and whisk it.
- Now mix the coconut powder and cardamom powder well.
- When the paste becomes thick, add some water and dilute it.
- After this, add baking soda and whisk it well. Apply ghee in the appe mould and cook Unniyappam on a low flame.
- Bake it well on both the sides. The delicious South Indian dish Unniyappam is ready.
