Beetroot is beneficial for our body in many ways. It's used in a variety of dishes. You may have eaten dosas made with various ingredients, but you've likely never tasted one made with beetroot. Today, we're going to share the recipe. It's not only delicious, but also healthy. It's soft and slightly crispy. Its flavor is enhanced with green chutney. Ingredients
1 beetroot
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup semolina
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
Half a finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chilies
2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
4-5 chopped curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Recipe
First, make the dosa batter. Peel the beetroot, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a mixer jar.
- Add half a cup of water to it and make a smooth paste. Now, put the beetroot paste in a bowl.
- Add 1 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup semolina, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 3 cups of water, whisking well to form a batter.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, add half a finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves, 4-5 chopped curry leaves, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.

- After this, we will prepare green chutney. Prepare chutney by adding 1 cup green coriander, half cup mint, 3 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece of ginger, 4 green chillies, half teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice in the mixer.
- After making the chutney, place the pan on the gas. Then spread 1 teaspoon of oil all around it.
- Now stir the beetroot mixture once and take the batter in a bowl and spread it on the pan. Fry it from both the sides. Enjoy with green chutney.
