  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 Lamps coffee powder You can take any instant coffee powder of your choice
  • 3-4 Lamps Sugar
  • 2 Lamps Water To dissolve coffee and sugar
  • 1/2 Spoon Vanilla essence This gives coffee a wonderful aroma
  • 10-12 Snowfall
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate syrup For decoration

Step 1: Coffee and Chinese Paste

  1. This is the most important step of making cold coffee. In a small bowl, add instant coffee powder and sugar. Now add 2 tablespoons of hot water to it.

  2. Whisk this mixture well with a spoon until the sugar dissolves completely and does not become a smooth, thick paste. It will take about 1-2 minutes. This paste will foam your coffee like a cafe. If you are using aspresso, you can leave this step or simply dissolve sugar in aspresso.

Step 2: Mixing all ingredients in blender

  1. Now take a blender jar. Add prepared coffee and sugar paste to it. Now add cold milk and vanilla essence to it. If you want to make your coffee more creamy, you can also add a scoop vanilla ice cream to it.

  2. Step 3: Blend

  3. Turn off the lid of the blender and blend it at high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and foamy. It will take about 30 seconds to 1 minute. You will see that the coffee has become foolish from above, just like cold coffee found in cafes! If you want to make it more foamy, you can blend it for a few more seconds.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Now take two serving glasses. Put some ice pieces in each glass. Now put blended cold coffee in glasses.

Step 5: Decoration (optional)

  1. To make your cafe-style cold coffee even more attractive, you can garnish it with cocoa powder or create a design on the rim with chocolate syrup.

Tips and tricks

  • Coffee Quality: Using good quality instant coffee will make a big difference in taste.
  • Milk temperature: Always use cold milk. Child milk will keep coffee cold for longer and will give a better texture.
  • Ice Cream Magic: If you want to make your cold coffee even more creamy and sweet, add a scoop vanilla ice cream or coffee ice cream while blending. It is a secret of cold coffee found in the cafe!
  • Chocolate Tadka: By adding a little chocolate syrup or chocolate powder while blending, your cold coffee will give the taste of mocha.
  • Low Sugar Options: If you like your cold coffee less sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar or not put it at all. You can also use sugar-free sweetener.
  • For Strong Coffee: If you like strong coffee, increase the amount of coffee powder.
  • French Press or Espresso: If you have a French press or aspresso machine, you can use fresh coffee instead of instant coffee. This will take the taste to another level. Just let the coffee cool or cool with ice.
  • Snow pieces: While blending, some ice pieces can also be put in a blender, this will make coffee and even colder.
