Custard Rasgulla Making Tips – In Hinduism, the festival of dussehra symbolises the Victory of Good over evil. This year, the festival is celebrated on October 2, 2025. Ingredients (for 4-5 servings):

Full-Cream Milk-1/2 kg

Custard Powder – 5 Tablespoons

Sugar – 1/4 cup

Small Rasgullas-8-10 (Cut Into Pieces)

How to make custard rasgulla:

Prepare the custard:

Pour half a cup of milk into a bowl and add the custard powder, stirring thoroughly to remove any lumps.

Cook the Milk and Sugar:
Pour the remaining milk into a pan and heat over medium heat. Slowly add the sugar, stirring constructed untilved untilved.

Add the custard:

Add the rasgullas:

Tip: You can make it even more special by adding a little saffron tadka or pistachio-raisin garnish.
