Anyone can crave anything at any time when it comes to food. It's hard to wait for it. Often, the craving for sweets begins. While anything can be bought from the market, homemade sweets are unbeatable. Today, we'll show you how to make khoya (mawa) laddus. With the festive season underway, this sweet will be a delight. If you haven't tried it yet, definitely give it a try. It can be made quickly. It's just as delicious, and after eating it, you'll wonder what sweeter dessert could be. Welcome guests with this.

Ingredients

Khoya (Khoya) – 250 grams (fresh or store-bought)
Powdered sugar – 100 grams (more or less, depending on taste)
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped dry fruits – 2 tablespoons (almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc.)
Ghee – 1 tablespoon (for roasting)

Recipe

First, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a wok or heavy-bottomed pan.

Now add the khoya and fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 to 7 minutes, until it turns light golden and fragrant.

Turn off the heat and let the khoya cool slightly. Do not let it cool completely; just keep it slightly warm so the sugar mixes in.

Now add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

If desired, add chopped dry fruits. Apply a little ghee to your hands and roll the hot mixture into small balls. Garnish with dried fruits.
