This chutney is not only delicious but also very beneficial for your health. Let's learn how to make it easily.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Gourd peels: 1 cup (thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces)
Green chilies: 2-3 (according to your taste)
Ginger: 1-inch piece
Garlic: 4-5 cloves (omit if you don't eat garlic)
Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida: A pinch
Salt: To taste
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 2-3 teaspoons (chopped)
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Method:
First, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida and fry.
Now add chopped bottle gourd peel, green chilies, ginger, and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes, until the peel softens slightly.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

Now transfer the roasted mixture to a mixer jar.
Add salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves, and grind it finely.
Your delicious and nutritious chutney is ready. Serve it with roti, parantha, or dal-rice.
