Material
Bread Slice – 4

butter

2 tablespoons

Garlic

4-5 buds (finely chopped or grated)

Cheese – about 1/2 cup

Chile Flex – 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)

Oregon – 1/2 teaspoon

Green coriander

Recipe
Prepare garlic butter
Add butter, finely chopped garlic, chili flakes, oregano and coriander to a small bowl and mix well.

Apply on bread
Take slices of bread and spread the prepared garlic butter on one side of the bread.

Put cheese
Put a good amount of grated cheese on a garlic butter side.

Heat the griddle
Now heat a griddle or non-stick pan on medium flame.

Bread
Put a little butter or oil on the pan. Now keep the cheese side up, keep the bread on the hot pan.

Cover
Cover the bread well with a lid or plate.

Cook on low flame
Make the heat very low. Cook the bread for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the bread becomes golden and crispy from the bottom.

Note
Cook on low flame will melt the cheese well and the bread will not burn.

Serve
When the cheese melts, take out the garlic bread from the pan. Cut it with pizza cutter or knife and serve with hot-hot tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
