To prepare the gulab jamun, first heat half a cup of ghee in a pan and add one cup of gram flour and fry it over medium heat until golden brown. Once the gram flour is thoroughly roasted, let it cool. Now, add three-quarters of a cup of powdered sugar and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder to the cooled gram flour and mix well. Form the mixture into round balls using your hands and let them cool. Your gram flour laddus are ready.

Gulab Jamun

To prepare the gulab jamun, first mix the gulab jamun mixture: flour, khoya, and semolina, and form soft, round balls. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry them over low heat until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by mixing water and sugar in a pan. Dip the fried gulab jamuns in this hot syrup and let them rest for a while. After this time, you can store them in the refrigerator if you wish.

Mawa Burfi

Making mawa barfi is quite easy. To make it, cook two cups of mawa in a pan over medium heat until slightly soft. Add half a cup of sugar and stir, stirring constantly. To make the peda, cook two cups of khoya in a pan over medium heat until it becomes soft and slightly golden. Add half a cup of sugar and mix well. When the mixture begins to thicken, add some cardamom powder. Let the mixture cool, then grease your hands with ghee and shape into small round pedas. Garnish with saffron or chopped nuts.

Milk Cake

To make the milk cake, cook 1 liter of milk in a pan over low heat until it thickens. Once the milk thickens, add half a cup of sugar, mix, and cook. When the milk thickens, pour it onto a greased plate and spread it out. Once cool, cut it into squares. Garnish with dried fruits and cardamom powder.
