Let’s see what you need to make it and how you can easily make it at home: ingredients: rice flour – 2 male (fine) – 1 cupcred sesame – 2-3 tablespoons (to fry) – Recipe and grinding as per the requirement: Crying rice: First of all, wash rice and soaked rice in water for 3-4 days. Change water daily. When the rice swells well, take them out of the water and grind them lightly. You can grind it finely in a mixer. Spread the ground flour on a cotton cloth and let the moisture dry, but do not let it dry completely, light moisture should remain. A mixture of rash flour and jaggery. Mix them well with hands so that jaggery and flour are mixed together and becomes like a soft flour. If the dough looks very dry, you can hit a little water, but do not add too much water. Making anarsa: Divide this mixture into small dough. Press each dough with your hands and then wrap it in white sesame, so that the sesame sticks on both sides of the pomegranate. You can make them in any shape, but round or oval shape is more preferred. Fullna: Heat ghee in a pan. Ghee should be so hot that when you add Anarsa to it, it cooked slowly. Keep the heat slow to slow. Put one by one in the pomegranate ghee and fry on low flame till it turns golden brown. They do not reversed, they cook from one side and then come up on their own. Remove the fried pomegranate and place it on the kitchen towel or tissue paper so that the excess ghee is removed. When cooled, they become more crisp.
