Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Rush are set to return to the live stage with their highly anticipated 2026 tour, promising fans a celebration of the band’s enduring legacy. The “Fifty Something” tour will see founding members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson perform together for the first time since their 2015 R40 Tour, while paying tribute to the late drummer Neil Peart, who passed away in 2020.
“After all that has gone down since that last show, Alex and I have done some serious soul searching and come to the decision that we f------miss it. It’s time for a celebration of 50-something years of Rush music.”
Lee added that the upcoming tour would feature a broad selection of Rush songs, spanning decades of recordings and performances. “Lerxst (Alex Lifeson) and I are going to hit the road once again to pay tribute to our past and to Neil by performing a vast selection of Rush songs in a handful of cities,” he said, as per the Today report
Lee further highlighted the preparation for the tour, emphasizing the effort put in by him, Lifeson, and Nilles. “We, along with our longstanding crew members, have been hard at work rehearsing and designing the kind of Rush show fans have grown accustomed to,” he noted.
They added that the tour “promises to be truly unforgettable” and said they were eager to see the band’s new vision unfold on stage.
