During the debate, he forcibly made the truck cleaner sit in his car and said that they were taking him to the police station. But in fact, he took Prahlad Kumar directly to his bungalow in Pune, locked him in the basement there.

Police revealed before the court
The police told the court that the plan of this entire case was not suddenly made, but its form is like organized crime. The accused not only kidnapped the cleaner, but also deprived him of freedom for several hours. It clearly comes under serious sections of the Indian Penal Code. Describing this kidnapping as a deep conspiracy, the police said that many more aspects are being investigated in it, and the role of other people in it cannot be denied.
