The Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has announced recruitment for the vacant posts of Subedar (Ministerial), Stenographer, and Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial). The application process has begun. Candidates aspiring to a government job in the police department and meeting the eligibility criteria can complete the online application process by visiting the official MPESB website, esb.mp.gov.in. The last date for filling out the form and submitting the fees is November 17, 2025.

Who Can Apply?
To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board/institution. Additionally, candidates must have a diploma exam conducted by CPCT/DOEACC/a computer certificate from an ITI/an engineering/MCA/BCA/computer science/polytechnic diploma, etc., depending on the position.

Age Limit
The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 33/38 years, depending on the category. Reserved category candidates will be exempted from the upper age limit. To apply for this recruitment, first visit the official website esb.mp.gov.in and select Hindi or English.

Click on "Online Form - Subedar (Stenographer) & Asst. Sub-Inspector Recruitment Test For Police H.Q., Home (Police) - 2025" on the home page.
On the new page, register by filling in the required details.
After registration, candidates should complete the form by entering other details through login.

Finally, pay the prescribed fee and submit the form.

General category candidates and those from other states will need to pay a fee of ₹560 along with the application. OBC, SC, and ST candidates will need to pay a fee of ₹310. In addition to the fee, a portal fee of ₹60 will need to be paid separately.

Number of Posts
This recruitment process will fill a total of 500 vacant positions. This includes 100 stenographer positions and 400 assistant sub-inspector (ASI) positions.
