New Delhi: Zoho Payments has expanded its portfolio with financial services as it is set to launch physical Point of Sale (POS) devices that would enable point-of-sale (POS) terminals, QR-enabled devices, credit/debit card transactions and sound boxes.
Zoho Payments is a subsidiary of Chennai-based SaaS major Zoho. The launch will mark the firm’s first hardware foray and its plans to build an integrated financial ecosystem that spans collections, payouts, and connected banking for businesses. Notably, the new devices allow businesses to accept card and UPI payments and are equipped with new features such as built-in billing, receipt printing, and reconciliation features.
Zoho POS Devices: Revolutionising Business Payments
Zoho POS devices enables managing billing, payments, business operations in one flow, ultimately reducing errors and manual work. It also provides secure experience with printed and digital receipts and faster resolutions with remote terminal managements. All the transactions will be backed with PCI DSS certification, end to end encryption and in compliance with the rules laid down by the Reserve bank of India (RBI). Ten users will be able to see how payments impact cash flow when synced with your finance apps. It will manage all the POS activities in one unified dashboard.
