The incident occurred at the court Tirahe outside the SSP office of Dehradun. Here a person from a particular community sells juice on his street vendors. On Saturday, a young woman saw her executing this shameful act. When the woman asked her the reason for this dirty act, the juice person replied that she had pimples in the lower abdomen, which he was cleaning. He also apologized to the young woman, but this answer instigated the anger of the people.

Police took strict steps

The police immediately came into action as soon as the incident was received. On reaching the spot, the police took the accused to Kotwali. City Kotwal Pradeep Pant said that the hawks of the accused have been seized and action has been taken against him under the Police Act. Also, he has been given strict instructions not to put a street vendor in the future.
