Here is a simple and healthy porridge cutlet recipe for you, which you can easily make at home.
Material
Oatmeal – 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium sized
Cut carrots – 4 cups
Chopped beans – ½ cups
Peas – 4 cups
Chopped onion – 1 medium
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
Coriander leaf – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Bread Serbes – ½ cup (for binding)
Oil – to fry
Method
- Put some water in a pan and boil the porridge lightly in it until it becomes soft (about 5-7 minutes). Then filter it and let it cool down.
- If you want, you can cook carrots, beans and peas in a little steam or fry in a little oil.
- Mash boiled potatoes in a large pot. Add cooked oatmeal, vegetables, onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, spices, lemon juice and salt.
- Add bread crumbs and knead everything well and knead it like a door. Give the shape of cutlets with hands – round or oval.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the cutlets on medium flame till it turns golden. Then the shallow fry in less oil / bake in the air fryer at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
