Realty developer Ashtech Group will invest Rs 1,800 crore in a luxury housing project in Greater Noida West.
The project will be developed on a fully paid-up 5.6-acre plot, which Ashtech Group acquired from the authority for approximately Rs 300 crore.
“Having delivered in allied sectors such as projects, fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete (RMC), pre-engineered building, large-scale infrastructure, and power infra, we believe this is the right time to extend our expertise to real estate development,” said Sumit Agarwal, Director of Ashtech Group.
Designed by an international architect, the upcoming luxury project in Greater Noida West will feature landscaped green spaces, premium lifestyle amenities, and sustainability-driven features, delivering a holistic living experience.
Ashtech Group plans to launch a robust pipeline of residential and commercial developments in the coming years, further strengthening its presence in the real estate sector.
Housing sales dipped by 9% Y-o-Y during July–September in the top seven cities, as steep prices and geopolitical tension continue to impact sales in 2025.
According to Anarock data, in 2023 and 2024, over 100,000 units were sold every quarter, while in 2025, 93,280 units were sold in Jan–March, 96,285 units in April–June, and in the current quarter, 97,080 units were sold, signalling distress in the sector.
But despite a dip in overall sales volume, the total sales value in the period rose by 14%—from Rs 1.33 lakh crore in Q3 2024 to Rs 1.52 lakh crore in Q3 2025—suggesting high-value sales in the luxury and ultra-luxury segments.
