Nifty top gainers today, October 7: Bharti Airtel, HCL Technologies, Bajaj Auto, Jio Financial Services, Eicher Motors and more

Indian equity benchmarks closed higher on October 7, extending gains for the second consecutive session, with both the Sensex and Nifty ending in the green. The Nifty 50 settled at 25,108.30, up 30.65 points or 0.12%, while the Sensex climbed 136.63 points or 0.17% to close at 81,926.75. Here are the top gainers from the Nifty 50 index (as per Trendline).

Bharti Airtel was the top gainer, rising 1.4% to close at ₹1,928.8.
HCL Technologies gained 1.3% to ₹1,435.5.
Bajaj Auto added 1.2%, closing at ₹8,900.
Jio Financial Services advanced 1.2% to ₹309.9.
Eicher Motors rose 1.1% to ₹6,957.5.
UltraTech Cement climbed 1% to ₹12,175.
Power Grid Corporation moved up 1% to ₹289.7.
ICICI Bank gained 0.9%, closing at ₹1,375.9.
SBI Life Insurance advanced 0.9% to ₹1,786.7.
HDFC Bank rose 0.9%, ending at ₹981.8.
