When he asked whether ‘The Fate of Ophelia’ singer said, “Hey, you beat me to the altar,” during her speech at the nuptials, she simply said, “It’s false.” Detailing the day, Swift said that Selena was gorgeous and elegant – not just as a bride – but as a stunning visual she has ever seen in her life, adding that Blanco is the best.

“I did make a speech, but I actually made a point not to mention anything about my engagement. No one wants you to be like, 'Hey, I know this is your wedding day, but…” she cheekily raised her ring finger, teasing the old mine-cut ring. In fact, Taylor went out of her way not to mention her ring. “Maybe turn it around,” she joked.

However, the singer did tease something on her wedding day, and it was about how they dressed in 2008 when they met each other. “So I talked a little bit about 2008, how happy I am for her, how it's been beautiful to get to be a part of her life. But I did not make it about me,” she concluded.
