Collector Commissioner Conference: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the "Employment, Industry and Investment Promotion" session at the Collectors Conference. He emphasized on local products, employment generation and early resolution of closed units.

Madhya Pradesh News: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has instructed the collectors to study the industrial and economic possibilities of the district deeply and make a concrete action plan. Efforts should be made to create employment opportunities with industries in the district, so that the districts can become self -sufficient. The Chief Minister said that special initiatives should be taken to promote religious tourism and encouraged the sale of local -manufactured products to strengthen the local economy. He also talked about connecting health and education with employment so that there are widespread opportunities for the youth. Emphasizing prioritizing the establishment of food processing units, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that increasing investment in this sector will open new doors of employment in rural and semi -urban areas.

"Employment, Industry and Investment Promotion"

  • Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the "Employment, Industry and Investment Promotion" session at the Collectors Conference. He said that the problems related to JC Mill of Gwalior, Sajjan Mill of Ratlam and Vinod Mill of Ujjain have been resolved in the same way that closed industrial units in other districts should also be resolved soon. Instructions were also given to resolve the case related to the sugar mill located in Kailaras in Morena district. The Chief Minister said that the role of collectors is very important in realizing the industrial vision of the state at the ground level. The activism of the districts and the coordinated efforts of the departments will make Madhya Pradesh self -reliant, innovative and lead in global competition.
  • Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that land banks should be developed using unusable land available in urban areas. Concrete steps should be taken to make districts self-sufficient and effective initiatives should be taken towards connecting self-help groups with the MSME sector to increase local production and marketing activities.
  • Presentation was jointly given by Principal Secretary Industrial Development and Investment Promotion Raghavendra Kumar Singh, Skill Development and Employment Department and MSME Department officials. The state government's target of setting up Madhya Pradesh as developed, industrial and employment-prosperous territory by the year 2047 was presented in detail.

CM Mohan Yadav gave strict instructions to all collector

  • Collectors were instructed to make the District Investment Facility Center (IFC) active and result or oriented. Encroachment should be freed by identifying industrial land and arrangements should be made by various departments to issue time-bound no objection certificates. The District Skill Committee should be activated and connected to the youth with skill training, apprenticeship and alternative employment opportunities. Industries should be onboard on PM Vishwakarma and Apprenticeship portal.
  • Collectors were also asked to do effective work on identification, branding and marketing of products under one district-one product. Tagged products should be linked to plans such as PMFME and DEH -SOP and MSME units are connected to digital platforms and e-commerce mediums. Local fairs and exhibitions should be organized for the propagation of Khadi, handicrafts and silk products by reviving closed silk centers. Under the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana, continuous monitoring of equipment acceptance and distribution should be done.
  • Along with this, instructions were also given to organize DLCC and DLRC meetings on time in the fields of financial inclusion and banking cooperation, to ensure more participation in public welfare schemes like Jan Dhan, Mudra and Atal Pension Yojana and to decide the active role of banks for annual target.
