New Delhi. The Indian Air Force celebrated its 93rd Air Force Day on Wednesday at Hindon Air Base in Ghaziabad. Addressing the air warriors on the occasion, Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh said that Operation Sindoor is an excellent example which shows that every goal can be achieved with careful planning, disciplined training and determination.

The Air Chief Marshal said that India’s indigenous weapons have carried out bold and precise strikes, thereby establishing a rightful place for offensive air operations in the national consciousness. The indigenously developed weapons have penetrated into enemy territory and delivered accurate and devastating strikes. He proudly said that Operation Sindoor has filled us with professional pride and has proved that effective use of air power is capable of shaping military outcomes.
Contribution of air warriors in history
The Air Chief praised the air warriors who have made significant contributions in every era, such as the wars of 1948, 1971 and 1999. He mentioned his unmatched valor in the elimination of terrorists in Balakot and Operation Sindoor.
