Wankhede’s Allegations
Wankhede seeks ₹2 crore in damages, which he plans to donate to the Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital.
The plea states that the docuseries:

Presents anti-drug enforcement agencies negatively, lowering public confidence.

Is allegedly designed to harm Wankhede’s reputation, particularly since his case involving Aryan Khan is still pending in the Bombay High Court and NDPS Special Court.
Wankhede argues that the series misrepresents facts and intentionally damages public perception of law enforcement.
