US-headquartered AI startup and large language model (LLM) Claude maker Anthropic’s cofounder and CEO Dario Amodei is likely to visit the campus of Indian IT giant Infosys and meet key top management executives during his visit to India this week.
Amodei is expected to meet Infosys chairman Nandan Nilekani and CEO Salil Parekh, along with its chief technology officer (CTO) Rafee Tarafdar and global head of AI and industry verticals Balakrishna DR, people familiar with the matter confirmed. Nilekani is also hosting a dinner with Amodei for select startup founders in India’s Silicon Valley city of Bengaluru. During his visit, Amodei is scheduled to interact with some top technology leaders and companies to explore partnerships focused on developing scalable AI solutions tailored to India’s needs.
Separately, Amodei is also reported to be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss future collaborations and investment opportunities in India.
